Schlösser Quartier Bohème & Henkel-Saal

I came here for a business/team dinner with a few of my German co-workers on a Friday night.
I had the chance to try the potatoe soup as well as the salmon tartar for appetizers.
The potatoe soup came with some crispy bacon bits and a couple of toasted baguette slices, but overall I found the dish rather bland.
The salmon tartar was well seasoned and fresh though. It was quite yummy. It came with some mixed greens and a fresh, light vinaigrette as well as a couple of slices of baguette bread. A nice appetizer.
For the main dish, I ordered the 300g steak (medium rare) with herb butter and fries.
It came out quickly and it was delicious.
My son ordered a Wiener Schnitzel with fries. The waiter bet that he would not be able to finish it - and it was quite big indeed! - but little did he know that junior had not been interested in lunch at daycare earlier, so he pretty much inhaled that schnitzel. lol
The waiter was a good sport though and kept his word: Junior got a nice dessert of vanilla ice cream with choco bits crumble and a bit of home-made cornflakes.

Overall this was a nice experience and I would not mind returning here.

Along with (again) really inexpensive beer the food at this place was great.

They take cards so it was an automatic bonus for me. The quiche that we ordered wasn't the best but the warm bread that we had with yogurt cream sauce was just.....I can't even. It was so good!

The place was empty a few hours after 5 but since it looked like the only place in that area that took cards we just went for it.

Random Alert: they sell finger vibrators in the bathroom. I can't even make this up.

The place was nice but they lost mi sweater in the coat-chek and they could not care less about it, even if you have to pay for them to take care of it. I wrote the manager twice and even visited them but they just dont care, I even sent them a receipt of the sweater by request of the manager (it was new) but got no response, not even an apology. And this was a cheap sweater, so if you don't mind losing your valuables I guess this place is good. As of me, I am not planning to return there.
