We were assigned to Larry's from our home warranty company and I am so impressed with their workmanship, professionalism and just overall helpfulness. I called in and got an appointment next day. He called to let me know he was on his way which I always appreciate so much! We had several issues with our lights/breaker and he was so thorough and took the time to make sure everything was fix correctly.

I took my car in to get the brakes pads replaced and it turns out that I needed to replace my rotors, front calipers and a brake flush as well. We are on an extremely tight budget there was no way that we could afford to have all of that work done. They really worked with us to figure out what needed to be done immediately so that my car was safe to drive and also to get it to a price we could afford. They even waited 30 minutes on us before starting any of the work so that my husband and I could figure out our finances. We felt no pressure at all. I was quoted $315 out the door and sure enough they were 100% true to their word and even threw in a free oil change!

When the time came and the car was ready it was about 10 minutes before the shop closed. I didn't have a ride to the shop and asked if they wouldn't mind waiting to close because I would have to walk about 1.5 miles to their store. Instead Teo insisted that he pick me up at my house and take me back to the store himself to save me the hassle. Being a young woman I was very nervous about him picking me up alone but he was very professional and polite.

The manager Chis was also extremely nice, professional and welcoming. He talked to us about his family and you can just tell that they are a great group of people. I would absolutely recommend them!
